New patients can expect to spend approximately one hour in our office. We will ask you for a comprehensive health history followed by a complete chiropractic examination with a special interest in the detection of underlying dysfunction in the nervous system. We use high-tech, noninvasive modalities such as surface electromyography and thermography to assess nerve function. X-rays may also be taken if indicated. On another day we will review our findings and recommend a treatment plan. We rarely treat an individual on the same day as the exam.
We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home.
We also have an introductory Wellness Workshop that patients find helpful in answering their questions and they learn the importance of self-responsibility in their health care.
