Chives

Mixed tofu “cream cheese” with chives, go really heavy on the chives. Spread on whole wheat rolls. Slice avocado thinly and lay on cream cheese. Peel carrots then shave with peeler. Add lettuce, cucumber, red cabbage and tomatoes (if you like). Bake until bread is crispy and browned, about 10 to 15 minutes. These are fantastic!
